Hell-Wives of Caelethi
A most interesting theory concerning darker Fae Folk & Christos Beest's Caelethi Pathworking, found in Black Book of Satan II...

Introduction
In the early days of this project, an associate and I would often discuss the deeper mysteries contained in the manuscripts of the ONA, and for good reason; from mysterious scripts & obscure sigils, to origins shrouded in mystery, the ONA's Labyrinthos Mythologicus poses a necessary test of a prospect's Will, seducing the occult-oriented with outer forms that hint at a deeper truth, beckoning investigation & illiciting delirium. Go deeper, and ever darker, Recall…
It is understandable why the ONA would want to keep their deep Magick secret from the unworthy masses; as we have seen, this occult system is liable to misinterpretation & misapplication, the consequences of which vary from annoying to grave. Thus, we appreciate the lengths the ONA went to keeping their deep Magick hidden, but yet also accessible to those who know how & where to look; we can only imagine the difficulty of such a dilemma & the cognitive capacity necessary to solve it, to have this system be both “open source” yet mask deeper truths within the pages in which its codified, visible only to those who possess a capacity for a particular type of thinking & Empathy.
That being said, even if one is able to decode instructions to a truly occult Ritual, there is still the performance of said Ritual to be done, and that, in the instance of the ONA, is a whole other matter; one can cognitively know how to, say, perform the Grade Ritual of the Master/Mistress of Earth & thus Cross the Abyss- but actually physically doing it is something else entirely. Intellectually knowing the step by step instructions of a Rite is simple & requires minimal effort; now, performing that Rite in the real world, expending physical resources, and perhaps risking life and limb in the process? That's where most in our modern world never make it, and is also what defines the occult system of the ONA & what makes it stand out: it is a real world oriented system of Left Hand Path occultism, requiring real action, real suffering, and real danger in order for dark gnosis to be revealed to the Practitioner.
Thus, we are comfortable with publishing the findings of our associate, generously shared with us in private initially, but ultimately intended to be made available to those who seek, at our associate's request. Whether our fellow Practitioners will be able to muster the Will & Resources to perform this Rite in full? That remains to be seen…
That being said, the following is a rough transcript of the aforementioned associate of this Nexion sharing his findings, published with his permission. Notations are inserted by myself to give clarity & context where possible/appropriate.

I've not found anything super conclusive, but bits and pieces that give a bit more clarity. To start, some notes on the words 'caelethi' and 'alastoros': the former is Old English for the word "'slayers' usually in reference to an army" [1+2], latter, Greek for "'daimon' who avenges.." [1].
For the direct purpose of the rite, Ryan Anschauung of the Temple of THEM in A Guide to the Sinister Tarot asserts, "...The last working resulted in the publication of Caelethi, a rite which is a particular ordering of the pathways, the final aim of which is the creation of a 'wraith'" [3]. Unfortunately still quite ambiguous.
Taking into account our mutual interpretations and the added context my new conclusion is that its a rite to induce a berserker state, the importance of the invocation of all the Martian energy in conjunction with the subconscious is pretty telling especially with that definition of Alastoros imo.

Here's the extent of the information I've been able to gather and I believe I've been able to come to come to a fairly definitive conclusion as to the purpose of this working.
[1]
This first excerpt [1] is from the book "Apollo the Wolf God" (interesting recontextualization of Apollo as originally a chthonic deity) and details "three holes in the skin of reality" within Welsh tradition, specifically for our purposes the Dyfrdonwy, a variant spelling of the River Dee, which is said to "come through the veins of mountains." What Dyfrdonwy translates to is "waters of divinity" and while this isn't uncommon throughout Europe, for instance the Danube shares a similar meaning, it adds an important understanding that the Brythonic Welsh viewed bodies of water as a boundary between the causal and the acausal.

These next two excerpts [2+3] deal with the gwragedd annwn, the Welsh fairy wives, though this can be translated as “Hell-Wives.” Note "Annwn" here, this is the Welsh Otherworld/Underworld. Now the gwaragedd annwn were female fairies who lived beneath specifically lakes and rivers and are the only type of fae that could cross between the Otherworld and not only interact with man but mate and have children. Notably they can be described as wearing white robes. This is a motif that appears in two of the Sinister Tarot's court cards, both maidens (chalices + pentacles).
The former shows a woman on the shores of the lake, wearing a robe but doesn't cover her breasts. The latter depicts three women in white robes with black eyes. While I'm certain that these are gwragedd annwn my next point is more speculative. The Chalices card comes off as especially sensual, not only due to the showing of her breasts but she also appears to be gesturing towards under her lower robes. The Pentacles card one entity appears to be hiking up her dress and another at the forefront is grabbing at her uterine area, to me, specifically the latter woman could be indicating towards a pregnancy and the other raising her dress could be for the purposes of sexual intent.
Now taking into consideration that caelethi means something along the lines of wraith and the emphasis this version of the ToW puts on the order of poetry detailing the black pool etc, I believe this is a rite to summon one of these Hell-Wives, likely for the purpose consummation.

Notes on Black Book of Satan II Caelethi, by Christos Beest:
The Caelethi Pathworking is undertaken with the 21 Major Arcana of Christos Beest's Sinister Tarot. The exact order of the Paths to be worked, as well as the needed images, chants, sigils, & poetry can be found in the 2012 & 2013 editions of “The Sinister Tradition” by the ONA, pg. 103 - 150.
This extended Pathworking Rite lasts an entire Lunar Cycle, starting on the Full Moon & ending on the New Moon. One Pathway is worked every night of the Lunar Cycle, and should be undertaken with the information given above.
The order of Pathways worked along the Tree of Wyrd are given thus.

The experience your associate is facing reminds me of the tale of Erysichthon and the Sacred Grove of Demeter. Nevertheless, a decent read.
